I’ve been eating terribly these past 3 days. Chocolate chip cookies, margaritas, french fries, ice cream. :( But I’m getting my self-control back together before it gets out of hand haha. I also ran for an hour yesterday. That’s the longest I’ve ever ran! Even when I did a 10k, it was under an hour. For the rest of the week I plan to only eat clean. NO SWEETS or ALCOHOL.
