8. How do you get to your place of working out? walk or at my house

9. Would you workout if you didn’t have to in order to stay fit and healthy? I’m very active so I would always work out, at least run.

listen to music.

12. What gets you most motivated to workout? results, celebrity idols, fitspo blogs, cute clothes, great bodies

13. Do you work alone or with a partner? usually alone but I run with my boyfriend from time to time and go to yoga sessions with my friend

14. Any embarrassing moments while running or at the gym? dropping my iphone and the treadmill shot it across the room…lol luckily it didn’t hit anyone

 water.  

16. Favorite thing about working out? I love feeling stronger and tighter after a work out. Results are so motivating to me.
